Paruppu Thuvayal:
Ingredients:
Toor dhal-50gm
Red chilli-2
Garlic-1
Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Heat the pan and fry the toor dhal and red chilli without oil.
Cool the ingredients and add salt & garlic (no need to fry) grind very well.
Serve it with vathal kulambu / pulikulambu
